Kidney Care Center for Adults

In 1997, Augusta Victoria Hospital established the first Kidney Care Center for Adults in Palestine. Prior to its opening, patients with kidney-related conditions were referred to Israeli hospitals. AVH's specialized unit now provides comprehensive care for both adults and pediatrics, making it the go-to hospital for kidney care in the country.

Our team of experienced nephrologists is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of all kidney conditions, including general nephrology, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis. In our department, we use the most advanced therapies to help patients achieve the best possible kidney health.
Our specialists use a patient-centered approach; offering the highest quality of care and support, to manage kidney conditions and improve their quality of life. 

This department at Augusta Victoria Hospital is equipped with modern dialysis equipment and has 3 large treatment rooms with a total of 30 dialysis chairs. The department serves a high number of patients, with more than 30 individuals coming from various parts of the country to receive treatment each day. The hospital is dedicated to ensuring that patients are comfortable during their stay and makes every effort to accommodate their needs.
